VCE Global Politics Student Exam Revision Seminar

SEV is delighted to be offering an online student exam revision seminar for the 2020 VCE Adjusted Study Designs for Global Politics. Featuring highly experienced and engaging presenters, this seminar will arm your students with the tips and tricks they need to ace their exam. This year we are offering free registration for teachers for each group of two or more students. We are prioritising group bookings until the end of the school holidays but will be happy to accept individual student registrations after that date. You will need your student list handy to complete your registration as they will each be emailed their unique login for the session.

The Global Politics seminar will be presented by Gus Humphries and Matt Sheehan.

Gus  Humphries

Gus Humphries is a Senior Humanities Teacher at Caulfield Grammar School, specialising in Global Politics. He is well placed to understand the elements required in responses to excel in the Examination. He has been assessing for VCAA for over 10 years, and presents frequently for various organisations on Global Politics to both students and teachers. Gus majored in History and Politics at Monash University and completed his Masters of Education at Flinders University. He has also contributed to curriculum development and assessment for VCAA for a number of years.

Matt Sheehan

Matt Sheehan is Head of Pedagogy at Mount Waverley Secondary, but above all else is a passionate and experienced teacher of VCE Global Politics, English, and History. For many years he has facilitated professional learning sessions and student lectures on VCE Global Politics for SEV, as well as on current pedagogical practices for a range of other organisations. He has also contributed to curriculum development and assessment for VCAA for a number of years.
