Welcome workshops

Teaching one of our subjects in 2023 and don’t know your Gemeinschaft from your Gesellschaft, or your TNCs from your IGOs? Join us for a full day workshop designed for teachers who are new to the subject, returning from a break or just in need of a freshen-up.

These sessions will look broadly at the key outcomes across each unit, and providing participants with a point of departure from which to plan their courses, including skill development for students and resource suggestions. These workshops will be in-person-only events held in Parkville (further details will be confirmed closer to each event).

Dates: Friday 17 February 2023 – Year 11 Sociology + Year 12 Global Politics
Thursday 23 February 2023 – Year 11 Australian and Global Politics + Year 12 Sociology

Time: 9.30am to 3.00pm

Cost: $170 for members, $255 for non-members

Location: Graduate House (University of Melbourne, Carlton)
