Privacy
SEV respects your privacy. SEV and SCEAA only collect information which is necessary to administer your membership. This includes recording your status as a financial member, sending regular mailouts and keeping you up-to-date with various activities provided by SEV and its affiliates.
Cancellations
Cancellations received up to 7 working days prior to an event will be fully refunded. Those received less than 5 working days prior to an event will receive a 50% refund. Registrations cancelled within 48 hours of an event will not be refunded.
If you are unable to attend an event it may be possible to transfer your registration to a colleague. Please advise SEV admin of any cancellation requests.
If a learning event does not run in its advertised format, participants will be notified. SEV reserves the right to cancel a professional learning program and will provide registrants with a full refund in these instances.
Credits and returns
All textbooks and materials are supplied on a firm sale basis only. Returns are only accepted in cases of incorrect deliveries, goods damaged in transit, faulty print or binding. Notification of incorrect supply, incorrect volume or damaged goods must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Damaged and unacceptable goods will be replaced at the expense of SEV. Authority to return books must be obtained from SEV before books are returned. Credits will only be issued when necessary for agreed incorrect deliveries, damaged goods or incorrect invoices.
